Santa Rosa Elite Sports LLC ("Santa Rosa Elite," "we," "us") runs youth basketball programs, including Santa Rosa Elite Basketball and Angels Elite. This policy explains what information we collect through santarosaelite.com and our team tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Parent and guardian information: name, relationship to the player, email address, mobile phone number, preferred contact method, and your text-message preference.
Player information: name, team, age group, grad year, and similar roster details provided by a parent or guardian.
Coach and staff information: name, role, teams coached, email address, and phone number.
Team activity: event attendance responses (RSVPs) and their comments, team messages, and game scores.
Account and payment information: if you create a site login or pay fees or register online, our website platform (Wix) and its payment processors handle your login and payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
Website usage: standard information collected automatically by our website platform, such as browser type and pages visited.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages from Santa Rosa Elite to the mobile number you provide. Texts cover team schedules, practice and game reminders, schedule changes and cancellations, and messages from coaches and club administrators.

Message frequency varies by team and season.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
Opting in to texts is not required to participate in our programs.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the text-message platform that delivers our messages, is permitted only to send our team messages. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Within your team. Coaches and club administrators can see roster and contact information for their teams. Contact details are not shown publicly.
With service providers that help us operate. These include our website and database host (Wix), our text-message provider (Twilio), and payment processors. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
When required by law, or to protect the safety of players, families, or staff.

None of the sharing above includes your mobile phone number for marketing, or your text-message opt-in data and consent. Those are never shared with third parties.

Children's privacy

Our players are minors. Player information is provided by a parent or guardian, not collected directly from children. Player logins are optional, and contact details for players under 13 are kept on their parent's or guardian's record. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or ask us to delete their child's information at any time.

Keeping information secure

Team records are stored in our members-only website database. Access is limited to logged-in coaches and administrators according to their role. No method of storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep information

We keep roster and contact information while your family is active with our programs. We keep it for a reasonable period afterward for records, and then delete it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP, or ask us to turn off text messages.
Email: ask us to stop non-essential emails.
Your information: contact us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your player.
