Elite Student-Athletes beyond High School
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
NCAA data shows that fewer than 5% of high school female basketball players go on to compete at the collegiate level.
In spite of those overwhelming odds, Santa Rosa Elite has helped numerous athletes achieve their dream of playing sports in college. For the 2025–2026 college season alone, five alumni are playing college basketball, two are competing in collegiate flag football, one is running track and one is coaching at the collegiate level. These nine young women—and many others before them—have achieved their dream of playing beyond high school and have earned full or partial college tuition through athletic opportunities made possible in part by their development and experience within the Santa Rosa Elite program.

One of the most proud moments we have as a program is when one of our past players walks back into the gym and puts a whistle around their neck and decides to give back to this program by coaching the next generation of student-athletes. There is nothing better than seeing our past athletes teaching the game the right way to our next generation of Elite basketball players!
