Our mission is to GROW GIRLS BASKETBALL in this area by providing a competitive, fun environment for girls in Santa Rosa County. We focus on student athlete development and responsibility to excel in academics while preparing them to compete in sports at higher levels in High School and College.

Santa Rosa Elite Basketball was officially formed in 2015 by Mark Brabham and Tim Michael as a girls travel basketball team playing under the name "Pace Elite" in leagues and tournaments in the Florida Panhandle. In the fall of 2015, Pace Elite became an official AAU travel basketball team competing in regional and national tournaments.

In 2018, Pace Elite became Santa Rosa Elite and grew to more than 60 players and 6 separate teams along with 10 volunteer coaches.

 

As a result of our efforts, our team unweighted GPA for the 2019-2020 year was 3.69. In 2020, despite all of the Covid shutdowns, our program persevered and for tournament season, we had five girls teams competing in almost 100 games, including several state and regional AAU & Exposure tournaments.
